How To Mix The 55 Gallon Kit Properly

Using Hot Water Pressure Washer
- Your kit comes with a bucket of powder and a bucket of liquid.
- Pour all powder into a clean/empty 55 gallon container.
- Now, pour all of the liquid into the 55 gallon container.
- Using your hot water pressure washer and a soap nozzle, gently add hot water to the 55 gallon container and mix solution around evenly.
- Mixture is good once all clumps have disappeared.
- Continue to fill entire container with hot water.
- Let mixture dwell for 12-24 hrs before using for best results.
No Hot Water Pressure Washer Available? You Will Still Need Hot Water!
- Fill 55 gallon container 2/3 full with hot water.
- Add powder slowly to 55 gallon container and mix until all of the powder is completely dissolved.
- Add liquid and mix well.
- Add water hot until 55 gallon container is full.
- Let product dwell for 12-24 hrs before using for best results.
Ratios For Best Results
Gas Station Concrete
Hot water:
~4:1 for heavy oil stains.
~10:1 for general degreasing of entire work area.
Dwell Time: 5-10 minutes
Cold Water:
~1:1 for heavy oil stains.
~4:1-5:1 for general degreasing of entire work area.
Dwell Time: 10-15 minutes
Restaurant Concrete
Hot water:
~4:1 for heavy oil stains.
~10:1 for general degreasing of entire work area.
Dwell Time: 5-10 minutes
Cold Water:
~1:1 for heavy oil stains.

Wood Fence/Deck Cleaning
Cold Water:
~1:1 for heavy old stain removal. (10-15 minutes)
**Heavy stain removal may take more than one treatment.
~10:1 for light stain removal. (5-10 minutes)
~15:1-20:1 for general cleaning of aged wood. (5 Minutes)
Recommended to use OXALIC acid after cleaning.
Mixing Instructions:
Mixing With a Hot Washer
1. All powder should be poured into 55 gal container.
2. All of the liquid poured in next. Use a funnel if needed.
3. Use a 4ft wash lance with a soap tip. With the hot water from the power washer, gently dilute and stir the mix together.
4. When all powder has been thoroughly mixed you will not feel clumps anymore.
5. Top off barrel/container to 55 gallons.
6. Let product dwell for 12-24hrs before using for best results.
Mixing Without a Hot Washer
1. Fill mixing tank about 2/3 full with hot water.
2. Add powder slowly to tank and mix until completely dissolved.
3. Add liquid component and mix thoroughly.
4. Add enough water to bring level to 55 gallons. Stir thoroughly.
6. Let product dwell for 12-24hrs before using for best results.
