- Delivery Inspection: When the shipment arrives, please inspect it thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage to the package or its contents, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing. This will help us file a claim with the carrier and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.
- Power Tail Gate Service: If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift, we can arrange for liftgate (PTG) service. This service will lower the shipment to the ground, making it easier for you to unload.
- Notification: Our carrier will supply a tracking number for your shipment when it is on its way, and you can track it using the tracking number provided. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
