Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped.
If a cancellation is requested after payment has been processed, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable credit card processing costs.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition.

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us to obtain an approval before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Costs
The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Payment processing fees (credit card or payment provider fees)

  • Return shipping costs

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all parts and documentation

Items returned damaged, used, or incomplete may be refused or subject to additional deductions.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Important
Returns requested due to ordering by mistake, price differences, or faster availability elsewhere are treated as standard returns and are subject to the non-refundable payment processing charges which is 3% and a possible restocking fee of 15%.

Return Process (if approved)

  1. Once your approved return is received and inspected by BSS, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. If the return meets our requirements listed above then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
