How To Install AquaBlocka Sealer on Stone, Pavers, Concrete:
Instructions:
1.) Remove all organic materials, then surface with EffBomb or F9 Effloresce at 10:1 ratio as prep followed by a light pressure wash.
2.) Allow surfaces to fully dry in all areas, test with a masonry moisture meter to below 25%
3.) Test AquaBlocka in a small inconspicuous area for colour change / application rates
4.) Apply AquaBlocka via airless spray equipment, brush, pump up spraver, 12 Volt or microfiber paint roller at a rate of approximately 60-200 SQFT per Liter in 2 coats and allow a 30 min dwell between coats.
5.) Remove all excess from the surface with clean dry terry cloths, do not allow puddling to occur.
6.) Keep the surface free from traffic and water for 24-48 hours after application for best results.
7.) Test for water rejection, if desired results are not achieved, apply a third coat of AquaBlocka.

With asphalt roofs you will get approx 2500sqft per pail when applying correctly. While applying you are looking to make an even white film on the roof but not letting it run downwards. It should stay wet looking for 10 seconds, if it’s drying out faster than that you will need to apply more. Shingles should be between 5-15 years for best results while sealing. Asphalt roofs that are less than 5 years old do not need to be sealed yet. Asphalt roofs older than 15 years of age should get an inspection prior to sealing.
What sealing an asphalt roof offers is performance similar to the “Gonano Shingle Saver” at a much lower cost. So it does the following: UV protection, re-waterproofs granules, re-affirms bond of currently attached granules, improved pliability of the asphalt portion of the shingle, improved oil rejection from airborne contaminants landing on roof, improved ability to soft wash roof and increases organic growth rejection.
