This device will keep the existing downspout filter from plugging. This means more happy customers and no more over flowing gutters. These baskets are designed to work on "Flat Roofs" or "Built in Gutters" and each basket comes with a clip to hold them in place or simply just use "Roof Tar" to keep them from shifting.
